If everyone who stood against the government was found as a "possible terrorist" for standing their ground no matter what their behavior court papers must be served for a non violent crime and an arrest does not need to be made. No matter how weird someone may be the fact still stands that there was no crime committed. No body was shot, no body was violated except the browns. Bottom line, the police instead of personally serving papers without a threat of arrest chose to go commando and took dire advantage of their authority. There is nothing wrong with someone video taping themselves and taking audio, not even if they were taping chimpanzees holding AK 47 assault rifles, as long as the rounds never reach another humans body, a man has every right to protect himself from enemies both foreign and domestic! Enemies that pose a threat, these officers posed the primary threat to both residence and the every day citizen evenly remotely involved. This needs to be challenged again in a court of law. You CANT put some one in JAIL for what they COULD have done! Look at the statements made in this story. She was a wonderful person and had been going through some very hard times. Her mom died 2 months ago.
