The verdict is in
By JJ MacNab | April 9, 2008
The jury found Danny Riley guilty on all counts.
Jason Gerhard was found guilty on everything but the explosives counts.
The jury is apparently hung on Reno’s counts but will continue deliberating tomorrow morning.
 More soon.

Thanks for the update!
I’m not surprised by the verdict thus far. I figured they’d find Danny and Jason guilty, but suspected they may be hung on Reno’s counts.

Please, repost and tell your friends…hell tell your enemies; especially in the New England area where the jury pool must know their rights of Jury Nullification!

Yeah! Let’s hear it for those all-white juries acquitting obviously guilty Kluxer murderers! Jury nullification rules!

that is not what I am condoning at ALL . I am simply stating it is a right and option for the jury to exercise.I am glad to see they are still reviewing and considering ecerthing so thoroughly.

Southern-type Texas boy getting involved in the local business of staid New England Yankees……. Reno’s outburst may do him more harm than good.
It could prove to be a small tactical victory and a big strategic error.
We shall see.

Yes, Rose, I’m aware that you are not condoning redneck juries. The point was that you not only condone but advocate jury nullification. Well, Rose, you don’t get to choose which law the jury ignores. It could just be the law which says that you or someone about whom you care should be found not guilty.
